A Spanish Classic, Reworked for Summer
The Teba is one of menswear's more understated inventions: an unstructured, collarless jacket that originated on the hunting estates of southern Spain in the nineteenth century, named after the Count of Teba. Unlined and unpadded by tradition, it was built to move — light enough to raise a gun in, relaxed enough to wear all day, yet still unmistakably a jacket rather than a shirt.
It has since travelled from the Andalusian countryside into wardrobes from Naples to London, prized by men who want the authority of tailoring without the weight of it. Our Featherweight version takes that same idea and pushes it as far as it will go.
Super 100's Wool, Cut for Warm Weather
The cloth is a Super 100's, 100% wool, woven to just 340gsm — open enough in the weave to be genuinely translucent when held to the light, yet with sufficient integrity to hold a clean tailored line once the jacket is built and worn. It is not a trick of thin fabric alone. The Teba's naturally unstructured cut, combined with careful handwork at every seam, is what lets the finished jacket keep its shape without needing the weight of canvassing or padding to do it.
The result is a jacket that behaves like proper tailoring in the heat of a Cotswolds summer, on a terrace in the evening, or through a long day of travel — substantial to look at, almost weightless to wear.

It is hand-cut, hand-finished, and made to order — unstructured and unlined for a relaxed drape, with genuine handmade buttonholes throughout. It carries the same Cotswolds provenance and heritage craftsmanship as the rest of the collection, engineered specifically for the lightest months of the year.
