This is a lightweight (11oz) wool apparently from Fox Brothers. The lady who sold me the fabric said it was from her late Husband's collection of fabrics he purchased from Fox whilst he worked there.
There is no Fox self edge so I can't confirm that but it is a very unusual light brown fabric with an extremely feint light blue pinstripe.
